I have a BIG glass of wine beside me because I didn't have a straw long enough for the bottle. Had to dirty the glass.
Waiting to be done at work, time is not going by quickly enough and kicking myself for not saving more leave time beforehand. Lots of my friends have gone out with more than 90 days but I will only have 64. I don't want to work anymore. I need some cheese with my whine.
I just got side tracked with some unpacking. I pulled one thing out of a box that I was looking for, then realized that box had a few things that i've been looking for recently. Totally random box that they were in though.
I am making spiral mac and cheese for dinner and think I'm a little too excited for it. It's my favorite mac and cheese by far. And yeah, that whole eating healthier lately thing doesn't apply to my dinner.

Thanks everyone! I think it's the right move, too. And FI is 100% behind me, so that's good... he knows how miserable I am with my current position. Not to mention, we spend almost no time together thanks to my schedule. (I work evenings 3-4 days per week, as I said earlier, where I don't get home before 9 PM, tutoring keeps me from home until after 5 PM on Tues, and I have class late on Thurs which means I'm not home until after 8 PM.)
I'm working on my Learning Behavior Specialist for special education (so I'll be K-12, all disabilities except vision & hearing loss). I'm leaning towards wanting to be in an emotional-behavioral setting at this point, though I realize the burnout rate is much higher than in other SPED fields.

<div>Beachy - since I'm packing while still living here, it's been a fairly random process. I better get to unpack alone or H might lock me in a looney bin when he sees some of the stuff that ended up in a box together just based on the fact that I wasn't going to need to use it for the forseeable future.</div>
I'm supposed to be starting dinner soon but I think I want to start pinning. Pretty unproductive day although I did go to Hobby Lobby to get a new toy--a mini paper embosser. I'm a scrapbooking nerd and can't wait to play with it. I really wanted to get a big fancy machine that does all that diecutting crap but that should probably wait until I have a job, right?! And what's up with a store as big as Hobby Lobby not having price scanners? I don't get it.
I do have an interview on Friday for a part-time gig at H's school that might tide me over while I find something full-time/permanent. I should really be looking harder; I've been so lazy the past 2 weeks. Must.Get.Motivated.

Hi ladies.
Not only did I get the job offer, but we got an offer on the house tonight. Granted it's not a great offer, and I doubt the guy is going to accept our counter offer, but it's an offer none the less.
I just finished reading through the thread with the link to the single bridezilla article. As the resident singleton around here, I can verify that not all of us are wedding-plan happy as those nutsos are. I've never even visited the WW board, but Moms & Maids gets a lot of traffic (although to me, I don't get why that board exists when we have a WP board).
DNB & Loopy I hate the end of packing because at that point I'm just throwing things in boxes with no rhyme or reason. Unpacking those boxes is always a little WTF was I doing putting this with this?
An offer is an offer though! If he doesn't accept your counter, does that mean the deal's off? Clearly (despite the fact that I worked in real estate for 15 months) I know nothing about how real estate transactions work.

That's how I was at the very end. It will be interesting to see what's in some of the boxes when I eventually get them out of storage.
I love the random dinners that everyone had. Makes me feel much less like a child with mine.
Loopy I can't even imagine what it would be like if I actually had to do the packing. I'm sure everything would be broken and I would have had a million more boxes. The one crappy thing about packers though is you never know what random stuff is where. I'm still missing a few kitchen things so I don't know where I'll find them. I'm running out of boxes they could be in though, so at this point it's looking like the garage. Or they just got lost which is also a possibility.

We still have 2 big boxes like that in the living room. And I have about 4 others that are a little more organized in our spare room. We moved here in August (H) and October (me). Lazy, I tell ya.
Now I want mac and cheese. I think we have a box of Sponge Bob in the pantry. It was either that or Cars; Target didn't have the regular kind, just every shape and cheese flavor imaginable.

Classy ;)
I just got back from working out. Getting ready to make tacos for supper.
We have been off track with our dinners this entire week. Monday we ate leftover super bowl food. Yesterday I melted cheese on tostidos chips. And then tonight with the pepperoni rolls. Ugh. At least I'm doing good at work. I have managed to avoid the candy my secret valentine has given me.
We had taco salads for dinner, no tortilla shells.
Strzl he can counter offer again, but if he doesn't accept our offer at this point we have to walk away from it. We don't have a lot of room to negotiate
