Hello... I'm just looking at the engagement pics that our photographer blogged for the 400th time today, as though they're going to change if I keep going through them. I can't wait to see the rest next week.

Fun story, I decided I'd go tanning today to try to even out some tan lines so that I won't have them in my bridesmaids dress. I went into the booth and pretty much immediately started feeling dizzy, but I paid $15 so I was going to stick it out. I made it 8 minutes before I felt awful, so I had to just get out and I'm fairly sure I lost consciousness while crouching on the floor of the dressing room part of the booth. Then when I felt like I could move, I got dressed, went out and sat on a chair and immediately threw up on myself. Oh, and my tan lines look exactly the same. Sweet.

I love naps, I wish I had time for one. I have to leave for the rehearsal in about an hour or so, which means I should start blowdrying my hair in a minute.

Midge- Whenever I hear about green jello salad, I think of the movie National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation where the crazy old aunt puts cat food in hers. I don't think I could ever bring myself to eat green jello salad just because of that scene.

Eagles, mine isn't quite Freddy Kruger yet, maybe Edward Swissarmyknifehands (you know, the little blades).

Ugh i'm trying not fall asleep at my desk, it is miserably hot. They just came around and told us the air conditioner broke. They told us we should probably leave, but our head boss told us we had to stay since we were off tomorrow.

Sara, cornhole is the same as bags if you know what that is. You throw beanbags at this wooden thing with holes in it -- kinda like horseshoes I guess ...

Sara, it's also known as baggo but it's a backyard game played with two teams of two. You take turns against each other throwing bags filled with corn at a board that looks like this:

They're evenly spaced facing eachother so you can throw back and forth for each round. Getting a bag in the hole is worth 3 points and one on the board is worth 1. The points cancel eachother out so if you got 3 in the hole and one not even on the board and I got 2 in the hole, 1 on the board and 1 not even on the board, you would get 9 points minus my 7 points for a grand total of 2 points. You play till 21.

Oh, and hai all!

I took my English Comp final this morning and just got back from running errands.

FI is back on his regular patrol schedule and my eldest DD is at a friends for the night.

I think that I'm going to enjoy my quiet time with a bubble bath and some wine after dinner.

I have a gorgeous steak left from yesterday, I was thinking about slicing it over some romaine, but what else should I put in the salad?

Brandi, it wasn't, but it might have had something to do with the fact that I have a cold and am kind of dehydrated. Whoops.

I feel a lot better now, just kind of tired. Oh, the best part? This isn't the first time this has happened. It happened about 6 or 7 years ago except last time, I ended up passing out in the actual tanning salon, outside the booth and I split my head open and had to go to the hospital and get 10 staples. So yeah, I'm done tanning.
