Since this is always a busy board, I'm posting this here for the sake of instant gratification. I'm trying to get a rough percentage here. If you received a wedding invitation with a meal choice response card, which would you choose?

in all honesty, I'd probably actually eat chicken at a wedding though. don't know why. unless it's filet mignon.

[QUOTE]I said veggie because most of time meat is too dry (for my taste) when served in bulk (on warming trays, waiting to be served, etc)

Wow, I'm really surprised the votes are so close too. We were thinking it would be around 75% beef, 20% chicken, and 5% vegetarian. Buuuutttt- we're all women and therefore slightly less carnivorous, so I put a post for the men above.
P.S. The wedding is in Louisville.

I live in Louisville, but my wedding is in Georgetown.

[QUOTE]I said vegetarian, because I don't eat meat.

<div>Yeah, same here, that's the only entree I can eat. While I always keep my fingers crossed that it's NOT pasta primavera, that's pretty much what I expect it to be at weddings. </div>

[QUOTE]LOL its totally pasta primavera! Sorry, you go hungry at my wedding!

<div>Haha, it's okay. It's just BORING! I'd eat it, though. But let's face it, most wedding food is boring because they're making 100+ plates. You can't turn out mass amounts of food and have it be amazing, for the most part.</div>

Since you were going to reveal your menu in the vanished post, could you do it here?
Also, for our wedding we had the exact same number of beef and chicken requests, which were the majority, then maybe 1/5 vegetarian requests. It was $2 extra per person to offer three options, but it was worth it IMO.
