That's not in any way "in your defense", that's just gross and lazy. You could've made the dog move, it's not difficult.

  • Yes, your animal will eat it's own vomit if you sit on your ass and let it.  Or, in your case if you tell him "you better clean that up".  Fucking disgusting.
  • If I see the dog going for his own vomit, or a cat's vomit, or anything that was previously inside of himself or another animal or person, even if I can't GET to him before he starts to lick it, my high pitched shrieking and arm flailing usually terrifies him away.

Because, ew. He breathes on all my stuff with that mouth.

I don't think dogs (or cats for that matter) intentionally throw up in a certain spot....it's not like they are pissing on the living room floor to mark their territory. They are throwing up, FFS.

And? I always manage to move dog away from the mess so he doesn't have an opportunity to try to go after it.

Im very confused where everyone is getting this information from (is that what she DD'd?) and why you would yell at a dog to clean up their mess... thats not even clever.

Edit: I just saw what salty posted. Thats screwed up.

If you dog is puking FIVE TIMES A DAY, you need to take it to a vet.
  • Maybe your dog vomits a lot because you let it eat it's own crap.
  • Seriously.  If your dog is vomiting 5 times a day, GO TO THE VET.  That isn't normal.

Maybe you should get him a crate so you can put him in after he throws up and before you clean it up? Are you seeing the logic?

No thanks. I'm perfectly fine judging you. That's lazy, mean and quite frankly fuucking disgusting. He's a dog. He's your responsibility as a pet owner. That means you clean up any mess he leaves, not that you wave your hand at him and say clean it up. Disgusting.
    image
  • No, I'll keep judging you.  My dog pukes ALL the time too, I'm sick of cleaning it up too.  That doesn't mean you let him eat it, FFS.  Jesus Christ.
  • So... back to the cake topic? Please?

    ick.

  • cake and dog vomit? i might be getting sick to my stomach too.
  • Cake sounded really good to me earlier, but now not so much.
