[QUOTE]In Response to Re: Confessions/irritations (rational or otherwise) or whatever... : It is nice and stretchy.  I like that part a lot.  If you have Time Warner Cable they have yoga on demand.  It's a less scary way to try it out than to go to a class.

</div><div>I don't but I'm willing to bet I can find something on Dish...or Net flix.  I could do with a good stretch...I'm all tense. Midterms and an injured kiddo = tension.

  • Yoga's great for that, Lizzie.  My back always feels so much better after.

And, Musu, yeah i think so
  • Ugh.

Going to Starbucks and asking for one thing, correcting the server on the order three times until they repeat the right order back, and then still getting the item made incorrectly.

But this is only because I ended up with an iced coffee with Splenda today.  I'm a Splenda wuss.

[QUOTE]In Response to Re:Confessions/irritations rational or otherwise or whatever...: I had those tapes on VHS and LOVED them. Did wonders for the stomach problem I mentioned earlier. The the VCR died and I never upgraded them to DVD. Stick with em and you'll see fabulous results.

  • Crazy kids.  No vagina punching, please.  But dance offs are welcome.

I have just been informed by MIL that I am expected to cook on Father's Day.  I honestly think she thinks I am a SAHW.  She is constantly asking if I want to go out for lunch mid-week.  I don't think she gets that I work full-time, and that I usually work through lunch.  But this drives me nuts.  She could have told me earlier that she wanted me to cook so that I could have planned stuff.

In my family, we go out for Father's Day.  Because we like to eat out, and because my mother understands that I work.  (Also, my mother would never dream of giving me 2 days' notice for cooking for a large party.)

Mica, your MIL sounds like loooooads of fun.
  • Yeah, I'd love to punch him in the nuts.  But that's hard to do from NC.

  • Is this the chat thread for the evening? Cool deal.

Muni, that's super awkward. I have no clue what I would say to that man.

Mica, really? How upset would she be if you picked up some chicken wings?
