I wanted to chop my hair off (like bottom of ears in the front short) but my hairdresser talked me out of it and just added TONS of layers, and took about 3 inches off in the back. Most days I'm glad she did, cause I do enjoy the long style.

They will take any and all hair types. I wanted to do Pantene in the beginning, but they are extremely picky about the hair they take in. (Like no gray...no processed/colored...etc.)

I mostly miss having my hair longer. Not like as long as it was, but to my shoulders maybe. I just always wanted to donate it once in my life, so I'm dealing with it for now.

Google hair styles and see what you like. Some of the "short" hair styles still have quite a bit of length to them with layers and stuff (chin/shoulder) so check that and medium length styles too. Print pictures.

And the last resident moved out of Cabrini Green today. And they were puting up a fight. Ok, I get it sucks to move out of the only home you've ever know, but for real? You pay extrememly little, if anything, for your home. Shut up. One lady has been there 30 year. 30 YEARS! Really, you couldn't find a job in 30 years? Dont worry, you go ahead and move, I'll continue to go to work to pay for you. It's ok, I love to get up at 5 am.

If you google hairstyles for a round face you will get a bunch of links that talk about good styles and lengths to flatter that, and for different types of hair too.

Thick. It used to be so much thicker, but when it turned gray (thanks mom) I lost quite a bit of it. But it's still pretty thick.

Night, Loopy!

Yeah with thick hair I probably wouldn't go too short then, but if you have a good stylist, she will be able to make suggestions. Definitely do take pictures with you. I felt kind of like a cheeseball when I did that, but at least it helped me get exactly what I wanted.

It's a housing project in Chicago - the one from Candyman. Pretty shitty area. Anyway, over the past few years, they've been moving residents out due to the crime. povery, general failure of the public housing projects. <div>People were resisting the move - on both ends. Some residents did not want to move out, other people did not want them to move into their neighborhoods for fear that they would bring the crime, drugs, gangs, etc with them. </div><div>I am all for helping out someone down on their luck. All for it. But when people just sit back and don't even attempt to help themselves, I draw the line.</div>

I get to look like a girl tomorrow night aMrs! I have my work christmas party. My boss gets wasted every year. One year there was a fight which resulted in 2 girls getting fired. One year one girl had to get carried out over our admin's shoulder... should be a fun time since they brought back the martini bar... um... good idea?
