    I'm getting married in June.. I haven't had mine yet because I want to wait until I have my veil and tiara so I can accurately see how it'll look altogether. I have my hair and make up booked, and my mom is making my veil so as soon as she finishes it, I will call back and schedule my trial.

    Some girls do it pretty close to the wedding, but you can do it whenever you're ready and have time. Just bring pictures of your inspiration and visions.

    My wedding was at the end of June and I did my trial mid-April. Mostly just because I had time off from work then so it was easy to get it done then.

    My wedding was October 3 and had my hair and make-up trial on August 15th.

    My wedding is on January 9th and I had my trial on Dec 12th.  1/2 the reason was because the planning happened really rapidly..we were engaged in May...and thought we had a place booked so we booked a photog for Jan 9th and then the venue fell through!  So it wasn't until Nov that we had a place!  So ...anyway...I would have done it that close anyway, and some of the places I called would only do it about a month in advance because the length, color, and condition of your hair would be most accurate to the actual day!  Hope that helps!

    My wedding was in July and I had my hair & makeup trials done in March.

    My wedding is end of May and I plan to book my trials for mid-March.
    The Bump ate my signature. DD - Apr 2011 DS - expected June 2013

    I ust decided not to even do a thair trial.
    The cost is $75 with Angela from naomi's salon and that money isn't going towards the wedding day.
    Besides, my hair is going to be all down with loose waves,easy enough!
    She did say that 2 months before the wedding is when your trial should be

    I did mine 2 weeks before.  No regrets.  I wanted to wait because I knew the length of my hair.  I also tend to frizz a lot, so I wanted it done in the same type of weather and season as the wedding would be.
