When my FI rented his condo he used a realtor, who was able to run a pretty extensive background/credit check. Plus, the renter paid the realtor fee. It might be something to look into.

Muni, if I get frustrated when I'm driving and I saw a bumper sticker like that, I'd say something like "Effing artsy hippie" ... haha but I say the same if its something completely opposite of that too. Because I like the arts. I just get really irrationally angry when things are on cars that aren't there when they were produced. I can't explain it.

Petals - I have my 60 hours from 17 years ago still banked so I didn't have to start with the intro course. Yep, I've got 5 years starting now. I wanted to not get too bogged down during the year which is why I decided summer and I thought I would enjoy online more than giving up an entire 40 hour week in the summer but now that I've seen the course load and talked to a few people, it sounds like the full week in the summer/nightly classes for the quarter are actually more discussion and less work-work if that makes sense. So, next summer I might just suck it up and go to a live class.

I try to do this. I don't really get bored and neither does FI but I'm trying new things. I'm just aggravated at myself that I spent hours typing up names of recipes I have used, listing ingredients, etc. and I haven't printed it or made my menu board yet. It's one of my summer goals.

Edie -- the one where a serial killer escapes to Canada, thinking they won't extradite him for murder (since at the time, NY had capital punishment), and then they extradite him on kidnapping. Pretty much the best.
