Mine is homemade. Last time I made it, FI ate half the pan in one sitting. It was kind of disgusting, but also kind of sweet because he lurved my cooking so much. Listening to him moan about his constipation the next two days though? Not sweet.

Homemade mac and cheese is the only way to go for me. Boil noodles, make roux, add cheese, bake, all done. Needs a bit of advance planning, but that's okay for me.

For cheese in general, my pedestrian tastes only stretch as far as orange Kraft slices, but I can no longer bring myself to like the blue box stuff that I so loved as a child. Homemade only, for me, though Buddy eats the Velveeta stuff with hot dogs cut up in it. Gross. I've never eaten a hot dog in my life.Also, since I only eat homemade mac and cheese, and since do not possess the skills necessary to actually MAKE homemade mac and cheese, it has been years since I've had any of any variety.

My mom uses elbow macaroni, Cheezwiz, some butter and cheddar on top after mixing it all together. After you boil the noodles of course.

Nugget - I would indeed love that. Buddy would tear it up. I'd have to stuff myself with veggies before eating it in order to avoid faceplanting in the dish and wrecking my diet for the next 6 weeks.
