FI and I finally agreed on a boys name the other day. :)If we had a girl, she would be Elizabeth, but we would call her Betty. (After my grandma.)If we had a boy, he would be Henry.

Currently, my favorite names are:AmeliaReganMagdalenaEthanAndrewIanMeh, I think I had some others. I forget. Sometimes FI will mention he hates a name and I think, "Oh, huh, I didn't think it was too bad," so I hope he doesn't totally ax mine right off the bat.

Oddly enough H and I agree on lots of girls names but zero boys names. We like Harper for a girl best. There's a few we agree on and a few we will keep secret until the day it's born.

My favourite girl's name is Adelaide. Adele for short. I am quite certain we will be calling a baby Adelaide, should we have a girl. It's german of origin, which adds to the appropriateness for us. I also like Madeline, but H isn't convinced. For boys, I adore Xavier, but H isn't a fan.

I like lots of boys names and no girls names. And I don't want a baby anytime soon, and I change what I want for lunch 7 times before noon, so at this point putting effort into picking names would be an exercise in futility. I like a lot of the ones said already, though!

Boys names are so hard, I think. i don't know- I can find so many girls names that we both like, but boys names are just hard. Of course, that could be because H's favourite boy's name (using the word 'name' loosely) is Voltron. Although he did find another he likes the other day. Xylon. It's apparently a real name, so hey, a step in the right direction.

My favorite is my FMIL's maiden name: Watson. If we never have a boy, I'll be horribly upset that I don't get to name a boy Watson. My FI refuses to consider girls names because he wants a boy. But we do like: MaggieCalliAvery

We won't have any kids, but if by the off chance something happens out of our control, I'd like to name the boy Jackson Beckett (same initials as DH). As far as girls, no clue.

I think if I names my kid Owen, it would look like I just replaced the G in my name with an O. Maybe for a middle name.

Girls names I like Emily Louise (middle name, my grandma and his mom,grandma, and great grand ma) they all have Lou or Louise in their name. I'm stuck on other girl names. Boy names, Brady and we're decieding on Thomas for middle or Kenneth, Thomas being my dad's middle name and Kenneth being FI middle name.

I hope Harper doesn't become a popular kids name, or my future child will feel weird having it as a last name.I like old-fashioned names, too- Ruby and Stella have always been my 2 favorite girls names. Boys names are hard, though
