I'm going to be heading out soon.  But I want to reiterate what I said this morning that Mica has adorable kittens.   Also that OOT had me sincerely confused too and I am already off from today.  Good night everyone!

[QUOTE]Nope, Kroops, that's her Good Morning Friday thread.  I'm just baffled.  Anyway.  Hey dudes.  I've been busier than a one armed paperhanger this week.  Holy cats. How is everyone?  I feel so out of touch.

<div>Shall we have J sum up this week on E? I think we should turn that into a regular thing. </div>

  • MK - I need a buddy - I'm a horrible self motivator.
  • Evening, all. Eagles, I glanced through the OOT thread, and just had to shake my head. J&K, you nailed it with the "(rent controlled, of course)" comment.
Evening, everyone. Dinner is over, daughters cleaned up the kitchen afterwards, and I'm sort of at loose ends right now. My "3 months of summer vacation" (HA!) is over in a little more than a week. Daughter starts band camp next Monday, and I go back every day the fallowing Monday.

Can I brag on my H? He's decided to go back to school and get his BS. He found out today that he was accepted, and will be majoring in biochemistry. He's really excited, and I'm so proud of him for doing this. His father offered to pay for it, but then backed out and said he would pay for 3 classes. Thanks a lot, dude.
  • Poke, Hooters bride got ther name because Hooters was mentioned in her invitation packet as a local attraction to hang out at during the weekend. I think she had a gap,.

FI has been trying to motivate me, I mainly glare at him and occasionaly growl.  Though he just started MFP and can see all my stuff now, so maybe that will help?

He's watching some show now, but we are going out for the run/walk, but of course after that I want to get ice cream so that somewhat defeats the purpose.  But it's ok if I walk there, right?

I was supposed to actually meet OOT a few weeks ago, but she ended up not coming to Alexandria.

  • I just read the OOT thing...what the fuuuck? Leg stitched while on novacaine?

Anyways, good evening. I'm eating another delicious salad for dinner. I finally found a comfortable 95-degrees-in-the-house outift.

<div>Her wedding invites had an insert with directions and such, and at the bottom she wrote this: "To kill time between the ceremony and reception, these are nearby restaurants: Martini's on Water, Hooters, and Old Chicago." The first is a bar that is not even open during the hours between the ceremony and reception, and I mean I like Old Chicago - but Hooters? Really? There are plenty of restaurants for out of town guests to check out besides those. </div>

If it wasn't for having a workout-dieting buddy, I would have never worked out ever. I hate working out. I hate dieting, but I also hate being fat.

Pasties and a g-string? I cannot think of ANYTHING that is comfortable in that heat. My AC broke last week, after I'd spent 6+ hours outside in 105 F heat. I was not a happy camper.

Hi! I just got home from yoga with Aryn.  An accountability workout buddy is THE BEST, because without her, I would have come home, opened wine and gotten on TK instead of going to class.

No kidding! I'd probably just have to stay with a relative, friend or hotel. I could not handle that heat.

  • Yeah - I eat well, but I skip work outs regularly - as in I've worked out (which at this point is walking on a treadmill) less than once a week in the past 3 months.
