Here is mine!!! The woman making mine did a mock one for me to make sure the flowers go well together, I think its absolutely perfect! December wedding.

Mine is going to be a combination of brooche bouquet and real flowers. A family friend is doing my brooche's and she is tying each brooche to it's own strand so that way it can be integrated into my flower bouquet. The flowers I'll be using will be white (not sure exactly which ones yet) and the brooche's are all white, silver and black as my colors are black and white. I'll post pics when I get it...it won't be for a while, as my wedding isn't until next August. I haven't seen one exactly like it, a few similar on Pinterest, but that's about it.
I'm using paper flowers! While I love tissue and crepe paper flowers for parties, I wanted something that was going to look realistic and not take away from my dress. Tana from Bohemian Bloom is making mine like the one she used below: all white water color canvas, cascading and a little over 400 flowers and leaves on it. This chick is brill with what she can do. She only makes bouquets upon request.
