    Am I on glue? Did no one else see where BC quoted Roxy saying that she did a lot of skimming and then commenting that that's all she's smart enough to do? I swear it was there a second ago.

    You don't use quotations, but it's perfectly acceptable to paraphrase and attribute it to the original source. In fact, in some cases, it's preferred.
