I have a non-TK one... Taylor Swift. FFS, just go away already. I liked her when she first came around, and I think she's adorable. But all of her songs sound the same now, and I'm sick of her voice.

I understand it. I love the smell of books. I love everything about books ("real" ones, taht is).

Part of my disinterest in e-readers is that I look at a screen all day long. I read a screen at work, I read it at home when writing. I don't want to look at another one to read a book.

Taylor Swift is largely annoying and fucking everywhere but I actually do respect her for writing all her own music and maintaining a respectable reputation. I hope she doesn't start falling off the wagon like Miley Cyrus is apparently doing. Then again I kinda wish Miley Cyrus would just fall off the face of the planet.

I have a non-TK grievance... my parents & FI. I told them a million times before I ordered the invites and asked if the list was final, repeatedly. Now that I've ordered the invites and have a limit on how many additional people we can add, they're suddenly thinking of 20 other families they wanted to invite. FML. I ordered extras but not that many!

I agree with the books. I also love the feeling of moving through the book. Yes, the kindle say you are 67% finished, but I feel more accomplished when I have half a book in each hand.

My grievance is that H ate all the ham left overs and I still have lots of Hawaiian bread. What am I going to do with all that bread!?

I love the smell of books. One of my favorite smells in the entire world is the moment you walk into a used book store. There's something more booklike about the smell in a used bookstore than in a Borders or B&N. I don't know why.

Noodle hates it because it "smells like learning".

Non-Knot grievance - my station director. The man rides his bike to work in the winter. I am struggling between respecting him for taking his environmentalism so seriously and just thinking he's a full on idiot. FFS man, you can drive your damn Subaru when it's zero degrees outside.

He lives quite a ways from the office, too.
