Yeah, Loopy I know nothing about beer so it is annoying since I can't really make any suggestions myself. Oh well I know it will get figured out.

My local is pretty busy for a local board, but really all I've done that is "mod" like is ban all of 2 posters and delete double posts.

I haven't made it that far yet. I keep having to take breaks from reading the madness. I could never be a regular lurker over there like you are, Petal. The utter lack of logic, self-awareness, and compassion for non plus-size brides in that thread makes me too angry.

I admit that I do post over there a good bit, and most of time it isn't that bad but then these girls just go NUTS over everything and gang up on people especially DJ, then I just cannot stand it over there. I usually try and stay out of the drama.

Thanks Meg- I LOVE the name Emmit. One of my best friend's brother jsut got a new pup and named him Emmit too- same spelling and everything.

Why doesn't your Fi like it? Although I guess sometimes people are just weird about names - like people said earlier in this thread, all it takes is one weird connection with a name. My H was really annoying about naming our pups. We ended up with an Emmit and an Ella. He wanted to name Ella Bella as in Bellatrix from Harry Potter, but I was afraid people would think I named her after Twilight, so I veto'd.

Ok does anyone watch Real World? I kow it's totally lame, but I sometimes watch the current seasons when I've got nothing else to do. Anyway, the current season in San Diego is probably the most homophobic season I've ever witnessed, and that's saying something considering it used to be a huge effing deal when there was a gay person on the show. Now it's pretty standard, and this ish is still coming up.

There's been a few notorious sets of bpics that people posted here that pop up from time to time because someone inevitably saves the link. One where some chick had dirty feet comes to mind. Every few months I see it brought up (like I'm doing now!) and then a whole new set of posters will see the pics. It's like they never disappear if you post them here! I mean good for you if you are that confident about your body, just some things should stay private, KWIM?

I haven't watch Real World since HS but that really does surprise me. Wasn't there a transvestite one season? I remember my friend was telling me about that. That's really disappointing.
