[QUOTE]Nicki, that's so cute. I stick with the old fashioned covering of my eyes.  I am afraid to watch The Godfather in it's entirety because of the horse head scene, so that may be the perfect time for me to take a smoke break.

  • Hey guys. Posting from my phone since I'm still at the gym because h takes for damn ever here. We're going on two hours. I finished about half an hour ago.
  • Any, I'd be annoyed!
  • What does he even do in two hours Any? I just don't get why it takes that long? <--- Coming from someone who rarely works out....
  • Any - I'd drive separately so I can leave when I'm done.

    Aha!

When H & I first started dating, we had a standing Sunday night couch date to watch The Soprano's.  Instead of covering my eyes, I always buried my face in his chest.  May just have to put those Godfather movies in this weekend to relive the old times when we were all smitten and snuggly.  :)

  • He ran for an hour this morning. Then when we got here, he swam for an hour, and is now doing his lifting
  • Loops: we only have one car :/
  • I was at the gym for two hours on Sunday.  it was awesome.  I wish I had time to go to the gym for two hours every day.

  • Lizzie if you enjoyed the Godfather books, you should read "I Heard You Paint Houses". It's an autobiography of Jimmy Hoffa's best friend and what really happened to Hoffa.

Same here. I never have enough time to do everything I want. I love swimming, so if I had two hours, I could swim AND run. During the week, I have to pick one or the other.
  • I've never seen the Godfather movies, but I really love Goodfellas. I don't think they're all that similar, but that's one of the only mob movies I like.

OH.  Yes.  I wouldn't like that either.

  • I wish I had the drive to work out for three hours. Or, 30 minutes.
  • See, I have plenty of time to go to the gym. I just haaate it. Hate it. I think I've spent a total of one hour on a treadmill or elliptical machine my entire life. Working out makes me feel really self conscious, even if I'm alone. It's weird.

I like to do cardio and weights.  If I ever go during the week, I hve to choose one or the other.  LAME.

  • I wish the pool was open so I could aqua jog. I could do that to music for hours.
  • Yeah, I mean, don't get me wrong; he looks fucking fantastic, but he makes me feel like a fatty. He's always been super active though, and he loves it. I just can't wait until we have another car, hah.
  • I could definitely workout for 2 hours. I hope to start doing that again, I felt so much better about myself then.

Haha that's awesome. You really should read the book then. It's fascinating.

  • Speaking of working out, I have a friend who exceeds the Wii balance board weight limit, so she can't use Wii Fit. Does Wii make any workout games that don't use the balance board? Isn't there something like Wii Active?

Once, during my (one) track season in HS, I was supposed to be aqua jogging.  I got bored and irritated and just swam.  And then I was sorry I swam because I had an injured shoulder (which was why I was doing track in the first place).  BUT IT WAS SO BORING.  I'm glad you like it though.  Ha.

Yup, EA Active.  It's pretty good, actually.  I like it.  I haven't used it in forever, but it's decent!

  • I just reinjured my shoulder swimming in the ocean a few weeks ago. Apparently swimming is no good for bad shoulders.
