I know, I can't sit with you guys since I don't like the movie. Oh no, I'm wearing black and gray on Wednesday too.
I don't intend for this to get all political, but in college, I was involved in Campaign to End the Death Penalty. I minored in Philosophy and my advisor just published a book that she co-wrote with a murder victim who opposes the death penalty. It really makes me want to be active in that community again.

I was born in Germany

I've broken my nose multiple times from doing gymnastics and competitive cheerleading for many years. I finally got surgery about 6 or 7 years ago so now I can breathe normally.

I hate bacon!

Honestly, I don't have a good answer for this. I've always come at this argument from an ethical standpoint and haven't given much thought to logistics (which I know sounds like crap reasoning). I've been out of it for so long so I would like to learn more and look at it from that angle.

<div>No that's cool! I don't have an answer for it either, I just thought someone might be more knowledgable than me. I have a fairly neutral stance - We shouldn't kill people because we are just continuing the cycle, but someone shouldn't get three hot meals, watch tv, work out and play outside, and get their GED/college credits while in prison living (at least semi) comfortably the rest of their life. *shrug* I'm undecided.</div>

On the death penalty - I did a huge project for my political science minor in my undergrad degree on the Innocence Project so I have very mixed feelings on it because of how many wrongfully accused people we have in our jails.

She reminds me so much of my little Italian grandmother. Have you seen Hot in Cleveland? It reminds me of a more modern version of the Golden Girls and Betty White seems to take on the role of Sophia.
