Oh no, that's still going on. I meant the Office Manager job. I HATE when they don't give a reason.

It's ok, I was just really hoping to get it. The place has been known to hire seniors, especially if the applicant listed at least one professor as a reference (which I did, and about 99% sure that professor would've giving me an excellent reference - did a full semester of guided research and studies with her). I'd really like to get into a job thats related with my degree, but oh well.

It sucks! It's like you called me for an interview, you seemed super impressed, you said you'd call, WTF. What sucks is I make above average for what I do right now (which is great!) but it makes it hard to find another job thats willing to pay like that... So they'd all seem impressed but would be like, "we can only offer you $5 less an hour than you're making now"

I have to confess... I've never been denied for a job =x

But... I'm not in my desired career yet... I'm kind of worried about the amount of rejection I'll face when I get my degree and start applying.

I'm waiting for a call back from HR telling my I'm ok'd for a new position at the hospital I work in now though

should know by mid-this week =D

I just applied for a job at the library and I hope I get it. I really need to go back to work, but it's hard to find something where H and I can work our schedules around DS. Obviously if it came down to it we would put him in daycare if we had to, but it's so expensive it probably wouldn't make up for me working very much.
