So, I'm always intrigued by scary movies and books but I get waaaaay too scared to actually watch/ read them. Well, I was thinking, I could read a scary book on the plane because I'll be surrounded by people so I'll feel okay. So, whats a good scary book? Preferbly more like a murder mystery type NOT ghosts or demons type stuff...
Re: Scary Book (Nebb?)
Once, I tried to start reading the book "Survivor" by Chuck Palahniuk while on a plane. I didn't know what it was about-- turns out it's about a guy who crashes a plane. I put that away quickly.

I seriously can't read scary books, they ruin me for months, lol. The Shining was my last one, years and years ago.

It involves ripping the skin off your hand like a glove...
[QUOTE]Mrs Jesse- Yes, I think I'd do better that way. I'd really like to reread all the Nancy Drews but they're expensive on kindle!

OMG I forgot about Nancy Drew. I was a HUGE Nancy Drew fan as a little girl and when I found out she wasn't a real person I was PISSED. I also really loved the boxcar children and all their silly mysteries, like the case of the stolen kite, or something stupid like that haha
Yes, I've read every Nancy Drew and I sold all my old ones along with my Happy Hollisters
[QUOTE]I just got through 5 pages of google images on "degloving injury" before I got bored. Is there something wrong with me?!
