I am! H and I just grilled out for dinner - I had a veggie burger and he had a real burger, and we did some foil-wrapped potatoes and onions. Yum! I am currently within my calorie range for the day (for the first time in AGES) but I'm already pondering dessert. And rationalizing it to myself, because I worked out so that gets me another 300 calories or so. Right? Right.

I am applying for a rotational assignment in DC and I just turned in my application today. I am nervous - mostly nervous that I'll get accepted for it! But it would be a really good career move, even though I don't necessarily want to go away. It's one of those things where I almost hope I don't get it, so the decision is out of my hands.

I went to the offboad but couldn't get my sig right so I quit. Because I'm clearly 5 years old.

I'm pretty good! Spending the night in and watching SATC. Happy because H was scheduled to work during counseling tomorrow and he switched shifts without my asking him to. Tomorrow I have a doctor's appt, then counseling, then going to dinner with a high school friend I haven't seen since our wedding (a year and a half ago). I'm psyched for tomorow. Also, my practice poi came in today in time for WF on Friday! Now if I could only manage to stave off this cold I'd be 100% happy.

How is everyone?

Hi all!

I am not impressed, FI & I have always spoken about naming our son (if we were to ever have one) Jacobus (Jacob for short) after his grandfather whom he was very close too and its a very dutch name (FI is part dutch). Today there was an article about the top 10 names for 2011 & Jacob is number one because of Twilight. NOT IMPRESSED. lol Now if/when we are to use that name people will just think I'm fan girling over twilight.

Other than that my day was okay, work wasnt horrible the day went by quickly.

I have been dealing with chasing up RSVPs today. I got 10/33 back. Ick. But I've gotten in touch with all but 6 - so go us.

Other than that I'm feeling alright. Looking forward to some chicken for dinner.

So we just found out this weekend that the lady we were dealing with from our catering company quit and now we have some new lady. I have no idea when the other lady quit. I emailed our final guest count and the new lady emailed me back and said I'll be handling this now. Thanks for letting us know? I feel like they should've told us that she quit, right?

Delini- Jacob has always been a popular name. I would never make the correlation of Twilight and Jacob since it has always been common. Edward on the other hand? I would.

Lisa- Ive ALWAYS liked the name Emma, ever since i was a kid that was always the name I wanted to "change my name too" haha but its always been so popular. I wouldnt be surprised to see Katniss up there soon.

We're using my dad's middle name (Thomas) for any boys we have and my grandpa's middle name (Ray, but spell it Rae) for any girls we have. All my uncles and my boy cousins have Ray as their middle name and my aunt and mom have Raychelle and Raynette so I want to carry on the tradition.

When the movie "5 year engagement" came out and i found out Emily Blunt's characters name was Violet I was like "nooo". FI's sister got pregnant last year and said that if she had a boy she was going to name him Jacobus after my FI (Jacobus is actually my FI's middle name and he was named after his grandfather) & although it was a nice thought we were both secretly screaming NO in our heads, we couldnt exactly say 'no thats what we want to name our future potential non existent son!". Thankfully she had another girl lol. FI's cousin is pregnant now and its a girl and I'm hoping that by some random coincidence she doesnt pick Violet lol</div>
