MUNI, I got an awesome pair of gray bermuda's at the Gap Outlet awhile ago, but our Gap here never has my size in bottoms, except the $80 jeans, which isn't happening.

I love Zara! I wish there was a Zara Home near me. That place was awesome. I could decorate my whole apartment with just that store and be perfectly happy.

<div>Ugh. Ann Taylor and NY and Company do that to me too. Just carry all the sizes, biittches.</div>
I don't know where to go for pants. I'm still figuring that out. I really want to get a new pair of jeans before we do our e-pics, but I haven't found anywhere that has jeans in my size (plus size) that fit well. Lane Bryant's shorts are too short, regulars are too long, ON gives me the aforementioned saggy butt, and Torrid apparently only carries skinny jeans now. Awesome.
The thing about Old Navy is that their quality control standards are lower. They allow more discrepancies in the seam allowance. If you like something there, you should try on several in the same size because they will vary.

I still need to catch up on the first 12 pages but I had to share our weird dinner story...
H and I were parked at the gym around 5:30 pm and trying to wait out a fast moving storm before running in. Well, I got a call from some random number in Texas and didn't answer. Mom then calls immediately after; turns out two of my aunts (dad's sisters) from Houston were passing through and wanted to meet up. I haven't seen them in about 16 years.
Very weird but fun. I always liked my dad's side just fine (mom's side--in CA of course--is beyond insane) but didn't see them often since my dad stayed in CA after meeting my mom while he was in the Navy. My last trip was probably the summer after HS graduation when grandma was on the decline.

<div>If the only problem you have with the Lane Bryant's is that they're too long, I'd get those and have them hemmed to the proper length. You can probably find a seamstress to hem a pair of pants for $10 or $15. I had a little polish lady in Cleveland that did it for $7.50.</div>
I had no idea it was so cheap to get pants hemmed by a tailor or seamstress. I thought it was like $50, which is usually about what I spend on pants, if not more. Huh.
I love Levi's. I stopped buying them when Kohl's was no longer convenient for me, because that's where I always got them before. I should make a trip over there this weekend.

That's weird, because I have too much hip/butt for my waist too. But Levi's love me, as long as I don't get the low rise (those show crack even when I'm standing up, wtf?)
Or, rather they used to. I haven't worn them in a couple years, but I've had the too much hip, not enough waist problem since I was 12.

I like my pants relatively high-waisted. It keeps the muffin-top locked in. Or it keeps me looking like a grandma and nobody's had the balls to tell me, but I prefer to believe the former.
My favorite jeans are a pair of BKE. They're so worn they have holes in the knees and inner thighs. I've never been able to find a pair of jeans I like as much.
I do a lot of sitting on the floor at work, so I've definitely been preferring the higher hitting jeans lately. I do not need clients getting an eyefull.

Also have some DKNY (they are really long) and I love Tractor Supply's in house label. They rock.
I had a terrible time finding jeans when I was a size 18, those jeans are all mom jeans.
Off for the night, don't intend to get online when I get home. Gnight all!
