Okay, I think I've caught up! I have tomorrow off - I'm stoked. H and I bought an 8 lb Boston Butt from a kid selling tickets for them for his football team back about a month ago and we get to pick it up tomorrow. YAY!

Bay, it was defiantly a requirement for me to go somewhere warm since we're getting married in Nov. FI had to go somewhere that we could do adventurous stuff. He wasn't too excited when we were thinking about just going to a beach somewhere at first.

Birdie -- we are! Nov. 5 twins! Love it.

We were originally going to go on a cruise to the Bahamas, but four months before the wedding, Carnival canceled it

We were pretty bummed out, but it was too late to pick another because we had already requested the time off from work, and nothing in our price range was falling in that week. Oh well. Hopefully we'll be going on the one after Christmas. I hope so, at least.

Ha! I know, right!?

Some kid was coming selling tickets for meats that would be BBQ'd or whatever for Easter. He plays football for the middle school. H is gung ho about the football program here since he played and suggested we buy something from the kid. The only thing H was interested in was the Boston Butt - I think it's pork? I hope it's pork? Whatever. We get to eat butt this weekend.
