    (I tried to reply but it gave me an error so hopefully this isn't a dup)

    I see that LVB, I was just wondering why if he said that she couldn't stay in the car (use whatever terminology you'd like ;) ) was his alternative to say she had to go inside and risk a BP spike? I get where she was coming from by wanting to stay in the car I was just confuzzled what his solution was for her to avoid a potentially dangerous situation.

    I think people are arguing for arguments sake this morning.

    The way I read it was:

    LVB and Mr. LVB: Hey guys! Do you want to do this awesome scavanger hunt with us?

    Friends: We'd love to, but Mrs.X can't get her BP up. The neighborhoods are sketchy so we don't want her being out by herself in the car while everyone is inside. We'll have to pass this year.

    LVB: Oh please come! I"ll stay in the car with her during the stressful parts if you guys pllleeeassee come.

    Friends: Ok sounds great!

    No, no, no. The alternative was just them not going. They had planned to go just the two of them (later they said duh, why didn't they think of us, since I'm actually here this year). So we asked them if they wanted to go (not realizing they had already thought of it and decided against it), they said no and explained why, I offered myself up to stay in the car.

    Morning, dudes. LVB, have fun!

    My sort of estranged BFF is coming to hang out tomorrow on her way to SAV sans H and kid, and we'll be at the dirt track watching my cousin race, so that should be fun.

    Tonight, we're having amateur family pics tonight with my sister's camera. We'll all be sitting on my mom's front porch. They should be extra cheesy. Then we're roasting weinies and s'mores on my parents' fire pit.

    No, the plane that crashed landed on the Watterson was flown by a 20 year old Auburn student, and his passengers were three other students.  They were coming in for the UK-Auburn game.  It's a local company offering today's flying lessons.  I think it's hilarious (but only since no one was hurt).

    I think it's hilarious that they had to emergency land because THEY RAN OUT OF GAS. Seems to me that that's something you check when you're going to be flying something the size of a pack of gum through the air.

    LOL that's awesome Kate. I didn't even think about it!!! I haven't been able to look at the news yet. AJ called me right before I was passing the exit for the Watterson and I was really tempted to get on just so I could see the plane.

    I did get yesterday's Groupon however. $20 for tasting for two and two bottles of wine from Riverbend Winery. Booyah! I can never turn down an awesome deal on wine.

    I seriously just missed it. I txted Dave at 10:54 as I was leaving Kate's. I got on the Watterson from Westport road. I probably missed Taylorsville by like 5 min. Lucky it was so dead last night.

    I know I was right behind you! I would have seriously flipped out. I just told my coworker I'm always secretly afraid one of those UPS planes is going to land on me when I'm driving next to the airport. That's seriously crazy that we almost saw it happen!

    I know I"m just waiting for the day when I see a plane crash. One of those huge UPS planes landed right above me when I was doing the 65-264 interchange last week. It scared the bajeesus out of me.

    Another funny note is that Living Social's coupon today was for skydiving lessons. Oh the irony Tee hee
