Mehg, that's exciting! Best of luck I hope to do a HM in May if I'm lucky. I put two and two together about your HM through a FB page that I "like" called Bondi Band. Apparently, they are going to be there for the Princess Run. I wish they came to some of the runs I do but they are usually too small.

Edie - Yep! One of my running buddies and I went on an 8-mile long run a couple weeks ago in full princess getup to see if we had any wardrobe malfunctions, and I'm happy to say, we're good to go. All I have to do is make sure to pin my tutu to my running skirt, so that it doesn't ride up my waist (the fabric of my skirt and tank top is slippery, so it shifts as I run).
The weather is supposed to be around 50F at the start of the race, and warm up from there, so I've got a toss-away jacket and pair of gloves since that's on the cold side for me. Luckily, I'm in Corral D (of A through H) so I'm closer to the start than I thought I'd be, so I won't have to wait around in the cold for very long.
