I think it was sufficiently covered yesterday in the Unpopular Opinions, but JohnGalt said something to the effect of people should have to take an IQ test to vote. I didn't comment on it then, but that really pissed me off. Too akin to Jim Crow laws, etc., for me. The gist I got from it, although she didn't say this, was "You need to think like I do in order to have the privelege of voting." Which is ridiculous.

I will start with why the eff is brimcleod still posting here? She sucks just about as bad as snowsweetie.

Also I roll my eyes whenever MissAmyJones or whatever her name is posts and I also understand now why everyone seems to think that the other squirrely is an asshat.

I think shes too stupid to realize everyone thinks shes a twit and doesnt like her, I truly do. She doesnt post on GIS anymore with her super inspirational weight loss blog (shes underweight...), so for that im thankful.

JohnGalt confused me. Presumably an Ayn Rand fan, her posts were full of all sorts of reasons that the common people (i.e., those whose opinions she deems less than intelligently derived) can't be trusted with real freedoms. Isn't that kind of the opposite of Randian philosophy?

I'd also like to flame the person who posted late in the unpopular opinions thread that gay people shouldn't be allowed to marry because they can't reproduce. Booooo.

Shelleydiane, Brimcleod started at WP and threw a hissy fit about because she wanted her bms to do actual chores for her. Then she posted a completely new thread saying that she "disagreed times 40000!!!" with everyone on the board. She then went to chit chat and told everyone that her event was going to be a black tie event and budget. And when everyone tried to tell her it was a semi formal event, she said that everyone here knew nothing about weddings, that her FI knew everything about BT weddings because he used to be a caterer.

She also wrote a post about being afraid of her family showing up to the church with no shoes on. Ring any bells?

Shelly, and anybody else who's wondering, the last time I saw the lovely Brimcleod was over on the CC board. She started a post titled, "No, I'm not excited." Or something like that. It's not an interesting thread or anything, but that's where I saw her last. And oh yeah, she added all that intelligent insight to Tlv's Hooters thread at some point last week. Her fiance doesn't EVER find any other girls attractive, apparently.
