Wasn't judging. I had just started lurking on E when the SS began and I remember wondering how much of a PITA it would be for that one person to try to figure out if that person was really a newb or if they just never posted at the same time, etc.

Seems like it can turn into a clusterfuuck either way.

I missed the beginning of the food swap hot mess, but the SS clearly seemed to go smoother.

I actually kind of agree with newbs not being invited to do SS. As much as I would've liked to have done it. I'd just be afriad I'd get someone like Kendall from PS board. I'm not 100% sure but my understanding was she was the one starting drama and stealing pictures? Maybe I'm wrong.

I totally agree with newbs not doing it too, and I'm still pretty much a newb.

No way to trust that this person isn't a crazy, also its harder to ensure that (most) people actually participate instead of just signing up and then not sending a gift.

I don't think she was trying to be anything or prove anything. I think she was genuinly that pissed off because LDY is her friend. Some may think it came from left field, but I don't think she was trying to be anything she's not.

I was very new and just started lurking at the end of the Food Swap. I missed all the drama. I thought it was cool that E was doing a SS but I didn't turn in my name because I thought it would be really creepy of me. I agree that newbies shouldn't be included in it.

I had a lot of fun with the food swap. I got sb from SB and she was awesome. It was great to get to know her. It made me want to hang out on SB more because those ladies are also awesome.

Okay, I thought of one, LVB, but it's vagueknotting.

I flame anyone who has PMed me to delete or close a thread because they don't like the advice they are getting in it. Sorry, kids. Don't ask stupid questions if you don't want stupid answers. If you are upset about all the arguing, stop arguing back, and the thread will die. Why is this concept so hard?

Also, I flame TK IT for still not figuring out a way to alert me that I have a PM without someone paging me or empiric checking.

I think Eagles overreacted to the recap thread. I also almost chocked on my lunch at Blue's "maybe if you got LDY's nuts out of your mouth" comment bc that shiit was hilarious. I do think eveyone's been kind of up LDY's ass lately, but that's how it goes. People fall in and out of popularity around here like whoa. I like LDY, don't get me wrong, but it's been a bit much lately.
