No way! You cannot make her step down. Would you make a BM step down because she was pregnant and the rest of the girls aren't? The bridesmaids don't have to match to this level. I don't see why you can't do your theme with her in the party anyway.

Assuming OP comes back, and that this isn't MUD.

OP, I think it would look lovely for your colors to be pale pink and blue, and for you to use lots of baby's breath. I just don't really understand why you would actually call it a "baby themed" wedding?

You already said that you would make your theme obvious from the invitations, so if any of your guests are uncomfortable with it, they can decline. Even if you do decide to go through with this, it would be unbelievably awful of you to kick out your non-pregnant bridesmaid. She is (presumably) one of your best friends FFS. Why would your guests even care if she is pregnant? Isn't it enough that the rest of your BMs are pregnant to reinforce your theme?
