Night Thread?

Re: Night Thread?

  • All of my tattoos are hide-able. The ones on my feet you can see if I don't wear socks in flats. Otherwise, you have no idea I have so much ink. Got to stay classy, yo.

Ski- love that! I never wear my hair down, so I couldn't "hide" that for professional work.

  • Nick!  I heart you!  Very neat!  I love the polar bear, and the dinosaur, and the horseshoes, even without pics!
  • I always wear my hair down, so my lower neck/ very upper back is a spot I am thinking about.
  • I've always thought the lower neck was a cute spot for tattoos. If I get another it's one of the spots I'm considering as well.
  • Also:
C and Holly, either or both of you interested in exchanging Fitness Pal info so we can heckle- I mean- encourage one another? I would probably like to have some reason to keep up with it after it loses the "newness" factor in a few weeks.

Thanks, I always wear my hair down for work, but up to work out or on the boat.  I wear business suits to work everyday so my back is never really exposed.

Thanks to all for sharing your tattoos.  I so want my second but am not sure what.

I am signing off, 5:30 am will come so early for this girl.  But ahhh, it is Thursday, then Friday.  We are almost to the weekend ladies!
  • Edie, your bee is too cute. I love that. How long have you had that one?

[QUOTE]Nicki, sure!  How does one go about having friends on that app, though?

  • Night Ski!

Holly and Edie, what does FI/H respectively, think of your tattoos? My H isn't a tattoo guy.
  • Crfb, one of mine is my sorority's greek saying "ta kala diokomen". It means "Let us strive for that which is honorable, beautiful and highest". Beside it being meaningful because I love my sorority, it's also a great quote to live by.
  • The bee is gorgeous! I thought for the longest time, that by "deaf child sign" you meant the sign for "deaf child" in ASL-hands or something. Not the road sign. ITS SO AWESOME!

Elliot doesn't mind them. He won't get any for himself, but they definitely are not a deal breaker- one of our first dates was him coming to get the dinosaur outline done with me.

  • My H prefers that I don't get a tattoo. I don't think I will ever have the courage to actually do it though.

  • My H wouldn't care, he just isn't the type of guy to get one himself.
  • C and Holly- got you both as friends! Not sure what happens, but you are there.

I am learning all about how bad some of the food in our house is, and yet how few calories are in coffee and sugar.

  • Hi all!  I haven't caught up on the thread yet, I just needed to express my deep disappointment that i missed this evenings lunatic edie-stalker. Why do I miss the good crazies every time?
  • My FI has 3 himself. One of them he got while in the air force and regrets. He admits he put 0 thought into it other than he thought it looked cool.
  • Evening girls!

I love seeing pictures of everyone's ink.  I love tattoos, though I don't have any myself (can't think of anything I would really, really want).

Also, Ciaram, your little 'un is adorable.  He looks so much like a little boy I watch that I did a double take!
  • I was always told that anything that was almost directly over bone hurt more than things over more muscle and fat. I was also told that if you had a tramp stamp you couldn't have an epidural due to something about ink poisoning. Not sure how much truth to either of those statements.

  • My butt tattoo tickled.

Ribs- I was not doing so well, and then I saw God. (And I don't think she is a Tebow fan, for the record.)

Everyone should get a butt tattoo.

  • I love that the tea with lemon that I have been drinking has almost no calories and my Chai that I get for breakfast has 300.

[QUOTE]I love how on Starbucks' website, no matter the size of a coffee, the calories are 5.  Or at least that is how it used to be.  I like either iced coffee or iced shaken passion tea (90cals) during the summer.  And a drip bold (Italian Roast) in the winter.

<div>My Xbfs sister had a tramp stamp and I'm pretty sure that she had an epidural with both of her babies. Whether she was warned that it may not be a good idea or not, I don't know.</div>

I read that too, I'm glad I'm not the only one.
