Helloooo.... oooo....oooo...

Is anybody home?

I'm sleepy.  But if I nap now, I'll be asleep until too close to bedtime.  I had such high hopes of doing fun stuff with my afternoons with this part time schedule, but seriously.. I'm so tired by the time I get home and then I have zero motivation to actually DO anything.  It's bad.

Tell me something new with you.

I'm here and I cannot wait for this day to be over!

My poor puppy broke her dew claw in half and the vet had to cut it off and there was a lot of blood.  I just want to get home and cuddle with her.
• Hi loopy!  Nothing new with me.  I'm just ready to live in my own place.  1 more week!

• Hi Loopy! I'm here for a bit... I'm going to dinner with one of my bridemaids tonight, so that should be fun.

Nothing too new with me, although FI is finished with law school! Graduation isn't until the 18th, but he finished his last final this morning, so he's pretty much free for the next 2 weeks. He's being mean to me right now though, so I'm not expressing my happiness for him directly to him.

Amy, what's a dew claw? Is that the random one that's up the leg a tiny bit?

• Hey ladies! I have three more clients starting in 20 minutes, then I'm meeting up with DH and a friend for happy hour. I just realized that I scheduled happy hours for every night this week, which is fun, but I need some time to just relax. This weekend will be the first weekend since mid March that will be free of visiting friends and family.
• Amy, I hope your poor puppy is ok! Rach, I hear ya. What's been so crazy at work?

Yes, that is exactly what it is.  It's really not a big deal, but I feel so bad for her because we had to wrap up her paw and she has to wear a cone.  And she just got done wearing the cone for a month from having another injury on the same paw.  She is not having the best month.
• I'm here.  H is cooking dinner, I'm procrastinating work.  Still trying to to wrap my brain around having a new place of my own.  It feels surreal.

• Haha Angel - I would be the same way : p

I got my new rim in the mail today and got it put on my car. So glad that's fixed. Also went to DB to get a new garment bag for my dress because the zipper broke on mine. I found it strange when I bought the dress ($600 ish) that they charged me $10 for the bag. I mean, it's only $10 so it's NBD, just wierd to me. So when I went I was expecting to pay another $10. I walked in and told them I needed one and they didn't even ask for my name or anything, they just handed it to me and said "There you go!". No charge. Cool, but still strange. They charge me the $10 when I make a $600 purchase, but give it to me for free without even looking up to see if I really did buy the dress there when I spend nothing. Oh well, at least I've got a garment bag that zips up now.
• Oh Amy - you're poor puppy.  Cuddle for me too.

Jally - your own space is nice.  I'm looking forward to having furniture.  THURSDAY!!  Two more sleeps :).

Rachers - soul sucking exhaustion - but otherwise I feel pretty good.

Angel - why's he being mean to you?  It seems like he's mean to  you a lot lately.
• Poke, I thought the extra $10 for the bag was stupid, too.

• Awww, poor puppy : ( How long does she wear the cone for?
• Bay - it really is. It's not like it even cost them $10 for the bag. And I mean, it's only $10 so it's not a huge deal, but still lol.

<div>Ugh.  THat's so annoying.  I probably would have lobbied to have the $10 taken off when I bought the dress.</div>

• In Response to Re:Helloooo.... oooo....oooo...:
Poli well, we had to fire a longterm employee so that started several fires. And we have hired on several new people but weren't exactly ready equipmentwise. So that's been fun. And we had to completely rebuild our remote server over the past two days, and since I'm the IT department basically, it's just been hell in a handbasket.AND I've been trying to order one of the new employee's cards for two weeks now and every time there is something new to change/he has to get approval/apparently CA is super picky about font size. Seriously?nbsp; It's an effing business card./endrant Posted by rachers1017
Wow, that sounds awful. I hope it clears up soon and that the new hires are able to adapt.
• Loopy - my mom told me I should but I just didn't want to cause problems over $10. Plus, it would actually make sense for them to charge me for an extra bag even if the original bag was free, but they didn't, so it cancelled itself out in the end. I'm not irritated or anything, just thought it was silly ha.

How is Froot Loop treating you? : )

Rachers - Sounds crappy, I'm sorry.
• Btw Loopy, very belated congrats on the modship! They just added the little mod badges on the mobile ap, so I had no idea who the non Mica mod was until recently.

Amy your poor puppy!  That just sounds so painful!

I'm here attempting to work some OT and actually get shiz done before leaving Thursday afternoon for a wedding weekend.  My tummy is starting to growl and I can feel my blood sugar lowering.  BOOO!!!!  I really should have brought a snack.
• I just finished a report on school nurses, lol.  Work is over in ten minutes.  The most exciting thing in my life right now is that Ben bought Lucy a new collar today, so I get to go home and see her in it.

See?  Not exciting.

• Fruit loop is treating me pretty well.  I'm tired a lot and my stomach is weird - not really nauseaus like I need to run to the bathroom, but jumpy/nervous or something mostly in the evenings.  It could be much worse so I'm not going to complain :).

Hi everyone!  I'm home from work and strangely energized despite the long day with so little accomplished.
• Thanks Poli. :).

AATB - new collars are the bomb.  Well worth being excited about.  I bet she is cute in it :).
• Oooooh - my friend just texted me that her pool is finally open. I'm going for a late afternoon swim! See you ladies later!

Agreed!  What kind of collar?
• Poke - You put the rim on yourself?? I'm impressed!

Loopy - He kind of has been... I guess because of stress. I was annoyed that I hadn't heard from him all day (I've been waiting for today to get here so I could finally talk to him) and I sent him a text saying that, and he was basically a huge asshole when he texted me back. He said he was sleeping and to leave him be, and I basically said that I was lonely and that I'd been looking forward to seeing him today and he should understand that. I was probably being annoying and he's understandably exhausted, but then he called me names, which automatically puts him in the wrong, IMO.

Rachers - He could defintely use a good butt-kicking, go ahead and get on that ;)

• I would be excited about a new collar.  But my life is so far from exciting at the moment.  I only got dressed today because my mom wanted me to go with her to KMart.

• What kinds of names, Angel?  That sounds pretty harsh to me.  :(
