AW: Dress Shopping
Soooo, I bought a wedding gown today! I've been drooling over it for awhile now. It is gorgeous. I'm super excited. I got measured and everything on Friday, but at the last minute, I just couldn't buy it. So, after this weekend, I settled down and went back today and tried it on. It is the one. I know it. I think trying on dresses is just so stinking fun, I didn't want to stop. But, I tried on a few more dresses this weekend, and realized it wasn't as much fun because none of these dresses were my favorite one. I got it for an amazing price! I got 3 veils, the dress, and the slip for less then the regular price of the gown!

What do you need 3 veils for though?
Well, the veil in the picture isn't the one I end up buying.
I wanted a cathedral length veil (because the train of the dress isn't that long). And, I wanted an elbow length one also to wear during the reception. I also wanted a blusher. They had all three connected as one, but I wanted them to be removable. Also, the cathedral length and the elbow length have the same lace as the bottom of the dress. Soooo, it was a matter of preference.

Hopefully it comes in correctly! They screwed up the order, and thankfully the manager caught the mistake before I left! I needed extra length and the sales consultant told me that she didn't think I needed it AFTER the alterations gal measured me and told me I needed it. I have all the receipts, so if it comes in wrong, it is their fault!

It was also on the show Castle. Alyssa Millano wore it in the wedding episode! I think that is pretty awesome. I don't watch the show, but my mom thinks I need to buy the series when it comes out, so that I'll own it forever!

It is actually WAY big, they have me clipped into the dress. I'm hoping that the size fits when it comes in!
