Led, I want the first one. Ship it to me when you're done, k?

I really want to show you all my cat painting because I am insanely proud of it, if not arrogantly so. But I don't have any pics here, only at home.

4. What kind of art does FI/H do?
-he does some woodwork but mostly utilitarian

5. What kind of art have you always wanted to try?

Seshat - I actually was planning on selling it, but I've gotten attached to it (I always do). I've been considering painting another just like it, so that I can keep one.

That's okay, I can get to those, I just don't like them as much. The cat one is an actual painting on the wall that I completely love. But thanks!

Although, I was trying to show the waterfall pic from my book page on FB. For some reason, I couldn't enlarge it to save, I keep getting that irritating red X in a box.

Thanks, Katie! I should add that it was painted with acrylics on a huge slab of concrete my grandparents used to hold up a fountain and other plants. They have a long walkway that looks like a bridge leading to the "waterfall."

1. Are you artistic? Somewhat
2. Is your FI/H/S.O. artistic? Not at all. He's all athletics
3. What kinds of art do you do? Quilting, needlework, jewelry, sewing
4. What kind of art does FI/H do? On second thought, he's actually a pretty good photographer
5. What kind of art have you always wanted to try? I wish I could draw.
6. Favorite Artists? ?
7. What inspires you artistically? What stifles you? I like to design my own quilt blocks and needlework pieces. The only thing that stifles me is not having time to work on projects. I would like to do custom work on Etsy (baby quilts, photo quilts, stuff like that).

8. Bonus: PIP and AW your creations. Argh - I don't have any pictures on this computer

Thanks Any. : )

I did that as an assignment in college and I remember thinking how the hell am I going to do this?

When I got home and started working on it I was so excited by the way it was turning out that I couldn't stop working on it. I finished it a few hours later and then felt sort of sad. Kind of like how you feel when you finish a great book and you don't want to be done with it yet.
