the beginning will be pretty easy, but it builds quickly and will be a challenge, especially doing it 6/7 days a week. 

Anyone want to join me?

    I will join you! I don't think it will do much for me (I have too much stomach fat that I need to lose first) but I love ab work-outs :)

    I'll try it. It's actually the pushups that will kill me. My abs have decent strength, but my arms and shoulders have none.

    I'll try this!  I started 30DS last night so I'll tag this on also.  Maybe I'll do this in the morning actually before I hop in the shower to space them out (and so I don't die haha).
