I did (he was a year older). And I was on the swim team with him, but I was a measly newb and he was on the top team so we never interacted. I did have a mad crush on him though.

Shay's college BFF was in his HS class.

I never went to school with anyone who is now famous. I didn't even realize Channing Tatum was from my area and that Magic Mike was based on his story until after I saw the movie. I live in somewhat of a bubble.

I didn't go all the way in, just to my knees or so, so the dress got wet up to about my thighs. I'm not very good with materials so I don't know the actual names. The top part was like a kind of mesh, very thin, and the underside kind of a silky-type feel (but not silk?). I know, very helpful. I think I cut the tag off the dress because it was itchy but I'll see if it's still there.

But no, it wasn't ruined. It's dirty but it could easily be dry cleaned.

I can't think of anyone famous from my HS or town other than Lochte. Denzel Washington went to a high school in my town, but only for his junior year so that doesn't count. The only people I know who are well known/semi-famous are authors, but they aren't from where I grew up.

Goood evening!

I just got back from dinner with my parents and brother. We went to Macaroni Grill and it was ah-mazing. I had lobster ravioli and an awesome mojito (so I'm currently KUI...I intend to continue with my bottle of Captain).

Side note, the guy who waited on us was flirting with me hardcore throughout the entire meal. It was so obvious that my parents picked up on it, and they are usually oblivious to that kind of stuff. My protective younger brother wanted to punch him.

I don't want to do my hostess thank yous for my shower tomorrow. But I have to...sometime before I go to bed tonight.

Charles Austin (who is the Olympic high-jump record holder) is from a town near my hometown. The two towns are pretty much the same town, so we claim him too.

Oh good. So are you excited? When I was at 2 weeks out I just wanted to get the damn day over with. After almost 2 years of wedding plan I was tired of it. I just wanted to be married.
