B: Egg and asparagus quiche (easy recipe! Take frozen pie shell, cut up some asparagus, put it in the pie shell and add egg beaters, bake at 350 for 45 minutes)
L: Taco salad with ground turkey, avocado, salsa, sour cream, cheese
E: Walk the dog, some weights.
L: Sandwich with ezekiel bread, turkey, cheese, basil and avocado
S: Cheese and crackers
ETA: Now I'm really craving quiche!
