"If your posts are reported by a large number of users, or a high percentage of your posts are reported, your account will be reviewed by an administrator. After an in-depth review, you might end up being banned for something small because your cumulative posting record has shown that you consistently contribute to a negative environment in the community."
So... you get reported by a bunch of snowflakes with their panties in a wad, and EVEN IF you're not technically violating anything, you can still be banned for being a Negative Nancy.
Isn't that why the banned Stage and Linger?
So if a bunch of us decided we didn't like someone, for whatever reason, and we banded together outside of TK on another forum, and then came back and just started reporting everything that person every posted, that person has a strong chance of getting banned?
So there's a club in my town that has a dress code that says no short skirts, no white shoes and no ties. They never enforce any of those things unless they want to kick someone out and that's the only way they can kick them out. I feel like the TOS is like that.

I feel like you have an excellent handle on what is going on.
So we're leading up to a Great Extinction of the regs, and the world that will be left afterward will be a horrifying place over-run with snowflakes and bad ideas. That's what's going on here? Seemed to work well for TN and TB...
Question, does the TOS specify what strong language can and can not be used? For example, would Shakesperian cursing get us banned?
Thou bawdy, motley-minded rudesby!
Thou brazen, raw-boned canker-blossom!
Thou art a sottish, clay-brained nut-hook!
Thou prating, paper-faced pantaloon!
Thou art a waggish, horn-mad dogfish!
Thou art a hideous, eye-offending, hedge-pig!
Thou vacant, lean-witted manikin!
Note, not a single use of the 7 words bit from George Carlin (wait, does mentioning George Carlin count as strong language because it makes people think of cursing?)

Of course not. Specificity is too much to ask for. But then it really doesn't matter because at the end it says they can just ban whomever they want anyway, for reasons "including but not limited to TOS violations."
I feel offended when people want their guests to be miserable. So, can we start mass reporting speshul snowflakes when they have offensively terrible ideas?
And, also, if we get another EverBitch who supports and promotes domestic violence, will that person also get to keep hanging around for months despite being reported over and over again and having everyone hate them?
Oh, yeah, wait, trolls are totes allowed, it's just aimed at the regs who have continued to log in even when TK makes it damn near impossible. Yeah, okay, good plan.
I'm just posting as many gifs as I can before my inevitable banning.
It would be super great to know what exactly about that violated TOS.
Gifs with fuck words, apparently! (That were clearly not directed at anyone in particular)
Don't expect any clarification, you wont get it. When I was warned for my signature, I was only told "it violates TOS". (IT FUCKING FUCKITY FUCK DOES NOT)

Oh, I know I won't get a response. I just wanted to write it out so the KGs can see that people besides those of you who have comprised most of this thread do actually care about, you know, fairness and logic.
Re: TOS PSA
Phooey, fiddlesticks and just gosh darn it all to heck.
Oh fuck, is that going to get me banned?

Wait, what's that you say? Everything on the internet isn't supposed to be taken literally? Shenanigans!
