My FI is like this. He lives and dies by expiration dates. Good thing I do the cooking and he has no clue how much expired stuff he eats.

Along with the color thing, when I was little the TV Guide channel had a scrolling guide and when each "round" had a color theme. When it got to the end, the one color would "push" the other color out of the way and start again. My mom could sit me in front of the TV to watch that over and over if she needed to put me down to get something done.

When I think, I envision my thoughts being typed out. I can't move on to the next thought until the wee brain hands have finished typing what I've just thought. I apparently don't hold myself in the highest esteem, because wee brain hands frequently misspell something and have to backspace and correct it.

I am scared of birds too. Especially seagulls...They've always seemed really sneaky and like they were always watching me. :S

And for another reason: My sister was sitting at a picnic table with me and she was eating KFC and a seagull swooped down and grabbed the chicken out of her hand and started slapping at her with its wings

Since then, I do not trust them..

Oh me too. I just put my sandwich and stuff in my desk. I mean, who cares? I doubt in 4-5 hours will it really kill me. I think people are just too anal about refrigeration these days. People used to eat and prep food with no refrigeration (or very little) and it was fine.

H is convinced that there are certain things he doesnt like. Like cream of mushroom soup. Except I cook with it all the time and never tell him. I just keep letting him think he doesn't like stuff, when he eats it all the time.

I don't like crunchy foods like cookies and crackers. I can only eat Oreos after they have been submerged in milk and I suck on crackers until they are soft. I don't like the texture on my teeth. I have no problem with chips though.

Amen. I think this is a hazard of studying history. That sounds weird but I'm serious, I have a problem with putting everything in historical context. The example of me being ok with not putting food in the fridge because fridges didn't exist for the vast majority of human history is just a small example.

Toenails gross me out, even my own. I hate looking at people's feet because I'm afraid of seeing gross nails. I'm not saying people should all have pedicures or whatever, but when they are really long (come on people, why do you need long toenails?), or yellow and cracked I want to gag. What makes it worse is that I have one of these nails on my big toe due to certain issues, so I gross myself out on a daily basis.

I don't eat the ends of French fries unless they are squishy, and even then it's iffy. By the end of a meal I have a pile of end pieces on my plate.

I think I hate the new guy at work. He's older and very grandpa-like, and I'm training him. He's very sweet and funny. The problem? Dude hugged me out of nowhere and rubbed my shoulder. Don't.fvcking.touch.me. Ever. I don't know you, stranger.

I don't dislike potato skin. I never peel potatoes when I cut them up for french fries, or when I boil them for mashed potatoes. But. I cannot eat a baked potato with skin. I have to peel all the skin off (of what is usually a stupidly hot potato) before I can put salt, pepper, sour cream, whatever else.

I'm the opposite. I can't watch them with a straight face. They make me giggle uncontrollably like a child. And I'm always like "Oh come ooooooooooooon! That's SO not realistic." I'm a porn-ruiner.

ETA: Not that I watch porn on a regular basis...because that's what it sounds like. I don't... but if it's on, I giggle like a child. Sometimes I even point.

I'm not allergic, but I've been stung three times. Hand, foot and one flew up my shirt and stung my back. I do a crazy dance to get away from them too. Sometimes I even have a high pitched squeal. It's pretty pathetic.

One of the main reasons I'm afraid of having kids is the IV and such I'll have in the hospital...

For the bug fear people: we get fruit flies in our office. No idea where they come from. They have absolutely no flight patterns and for some reason are drawn to people. They have flown into my eyes, up my nose, and earlier one flew into my mouth and down my throat. I just grabbed my water and washed it down because I could feel it back there. Mmm, protein.

But I feel that way about a lot of other condiments. I generally hate condiments with the exception of: ketchup, ranch dressing, salsa. Oh and salt.
