They make this pillow thing that elevates your hips and is supposed to help. Or you can have the guy on the bottom with the pillow under him. It is supposed to help with deeper penetration as well as helping his cock to hit the right spot for your pleasure.

One of the best positions is for me to put my legs over his shoulders, and then he kneels almost straight-up and holds my legs pretty much together. The bonus is that it makes it tighter for him too, since my legs are together instead of spread around his hips.

One of my college friends swears by this position: you lay/kind of stand on your elbows with your feet on the bed, and your SO stands on the edge of the bed. I pretty much always can O from penetration, so I'm not sure I can advise, but I will suggest working your Kegels if you don't already. Not only does it supposedly help with sex, it's also reported to result in fewer problems with incontinence after menopause if your Kegels are strong. Which makes since as it's the same muscles that you use for holding in pee.
