I dont understand why everyone is still going on about this.  I have moved on.  You ladies have been more than helpful.  Gave me and alan great advice on our ring dilema and I appreciate it.  Even though last night did not turn out in the proposal we both wanted it will happen soon enough.  We just have to find the perfect ring and everything will be set to go.

But, really, a few chicks wanted a mod (we didn't have one) and they asked me if I would volunteer because apparently I'm level-headed or something. So, I volunteered, read some rules, filled out a form, and ta-da! Here I am.

Although, not for long. School is about to start and I have a very full schedule this year. Between classes, a new job, working out, volunteering, and of course spending time with my husband, I just don't think I can spend much time on here.

So, anyway, that's how moderators are born. More or less.

danielle- I posted in October 2011 but I don't think you read it. Our sons are the same age. (my son was also born in September) I saw his pictures. He is adorable. This  is a really special time in your life with him and your boyfriend (soon to be FI?) Don't sweat too much stuff. Just enjoy what is going on in your life now. The blessing that is your son and having a love in your life.

This site is like TB. The girls are going to be honest and you need to LURK to figure out where your question belongs sometimes. But just think about what you write, if you want the info to be public, if it's in the right board, etc...

GL! I hope you get everything you want! Until then you still have a lot to be happy for right now. Don't let a ring on your finger or not ruin that.

I'm not going to lie my experience on TheBump was not much better than TB.. No one was ever mean to me, I just hate the way they argue all the time! Every post was like this one. It gets old really fast.

Thanks, yeah i decided to share a part of my life on this site.  I was definitly iffy about it.  I feel like he is a privladge in my life.  I dont remember posting when he was born but no big deal i forget that a lot.  He means more to me than anyone could ever know.  After being adopted myself having kids have always been important to me.  He was the 4th when is yours?
