We've explained this, ANY newer person, not just Dot, as long as you have nothing but a pet picture, and flat out refuse to PIP, people will always wonder. You can't help that, it goes with the privacy thing.

I haven't finished reading, and I missed the pot thread!

But I have lots of opinions, and now I'm going to say them.

I don't care if more/all/any people who smoke pot are potheads or productive. I can, however, see where the stereotype comes from. If you smoke pot, you are willing to break the law for something pretty petty. You like getting stoned, and this is worth jeopardizing your future? If the answer is yes then I'm assuming you don't have much to lose. This could be interpreted as not being productive.
 I do think it's pretty stupid to put yourself at risk just to get high.

I do think pot should be legalized, because I'm not really about telling people what to do. I don't think it's worse than alcohol. But that is my OPINION, and the law still says otherwise.

I'm with Sweded.  It's not like you smoke pot once and ZOMG, you're a pot head.  If you lose your job due to your smoking, or have it disrupt your life in a major way, or are addicted then you'd be considered a pothead.  It's not like you could line up 5 people and pick the recreational pot users by sight.  Goodness knows I couldn't.  As for the "people do it and it's illegal" argument, yeah they do, but people also drive drunk, speed, drive agressively, drink before they're 21 -all of which are against the law.
