because I don't want to interrupt the other threads

I have a homemaker question. HOW do I clean my freaking dishwasher? I hate that thing so much right now. Nothing comes out clean (and I add Lemishine or vinegar to every load). I called and asked about it, and they said it's just because it's super high efficiency, so the water doesn't get scalding hot. BUT it used to work better. It's not even a year old. So I'm thinking I just need to de-gunk it. Ideas?
Also, random thoughts for you. Comcast has a new live-chat thing and it's awesome. No wait, and I didn't thave to call and deal with them to set up internet. (yup, I finally switched back, because the 1.5 just isn't cutting it.)
What's going on? Anyone want to share meal plans for the week?

DX: PCOS/Recurrent losses/MTHFR mutation (compound hetero)
5 hysteroscopies/2 surgical
3 Inject IUIs = 2 m/c's and 1 BFN
IVF #1= BFP. m/c at 7w6d. Needed 2 D&C's and scar tissue removal. Mild OHSS

Not much going on here, I just finished cleaning the crap out of our house. It feels so good having a clean house. I'm such a neat freak that when the house is messy, I feel out of control and can't sit still. H is still feeling restless/bored, but the basketball game is on, so that's helping.
This is our menu plan for the week:
Sunday - Grilled flank steak with baked sweet potatoes and broccoli/caulifower mix
Monday - Chicken curry with madras lentils and naan bread
Tuesday - Spaghetti with turkey meatballs
Wednesday - Chicken teriyaki stir fry
Thursday - Grilled chicken marinated in garlic, lime and cilantro with brown rice & frozen veggies
Friday - Sage Cafe gift certificate from restaurant.com (it's a raw bar in Hollywood, FL)

I just popped back online after a walk--I'm dead tired. I'm trying to muster up the energy to maybe go to the movies tonight.
I haven't thought of meals, but I have a pack of ground beef I need to use. Maybe meatballs. We had delicious ones yesterday and I want to try to replicate them.

Right now H is playing a video game and I'm going back and forth between reading and writing.
No meal plans for us. I think I'll be getting a root canal this week so my dinners will be whatever is soft enough to chew. H will be on his own.

[QUOTE]Anna- I've used that before! I think they said not to, though, because it doesn't get hot enough. (seriously? stupid dishwasher.) J- is tomato soup usually not GF? I would just use tomato paste otherwise.

Yes :(
My dream of traveling to Neverland and joining a colony of fairies has come to an end. But I'm not giving up my dream of joining Caspian on the Dawn Treader.

Oh, and btw, you may be getting a visit from us June 30th/July 1st timeframe. "Us" being me and H, not me & Prince Caspian. Just thought I'd make that clear lol.

If you visited with Caspian, I'd lock you in the garage (damnit I need a basement/dungeon) forever so I could keep him for myself. Also, Caspian is a KING.
I kid. I should be around. I get back into town from our family vacation the Sunday before, so I definitely won't be going anywhere the next weekend.
I have a silly confession. A girl I knew from highschool who is friend with my group of friends, though we dont really talk and I havnt seen her in about 2 years, showed up to the wedding yesterday really thin, like size 6 thin, and she had previously been bigger than I am. I dont know why but it really makes me feel like a fat shiiit that I cant get it together. It really makes me want to just bust ass this summer to lose this weight, whether its easy or not. I hate feeling jealous of people

Steph, this works for me.
DISHWASHER - do this after you have run the dishwasher and its 'clean' and empty. Remove the racks, spray the edges with cleaner and wipe clean. Check the trap at the bottom for any food or blockages. Put a cup or two of white vinegar in the bottom of the dishwasher and run a normal wash cycle.
swordfish on the grill with cheesy foil potatoes
spinach, walnut, pear, craisin salad with balsamic vinegar
grilled chicken, corn on the cob, salad
ceasar salad with leftover chicken
Friday we have a wedding rehearsal to go to and Saturday is the wedding.
Serejane, congrats!
