Thanks, guys. I spotted it on the ultrasound before the technician did. I know it's likely not a serious issue - it's a choroid plexus cyst - which typically resolves on its own, but you never want to see something visibly out of place in your baby's brain. There's research out there indicating that it could be a soft marker for genetic issues, so I worry a bit.

Oh hai.  Still here.  I feel like I'm under an incredible amount of pressure to have this baby today.  There's not too much I can do about it though, so I think I'll just keep busy.

I have a short day today.  I'll be done by 2:30 and home by 3:30.  I wish it meant I could do something fun, but I'll likely be unpacking.  I can't even go for a walk or work out because I still don't know what the deal is with my foot/ankle, but it's still super tight and hard for me to move properly (but still doesn't hurt, wtf).

Morning ladies! I always lived on a 2nd floor apt so I could leave my windows open figuring the odds of a criminal becoming a wall climber were pretty rare, but now that we are in a house, we had the window screens wired through our alarm system. You cant see the wires unless you are really looking for them. So I FINALLY feel safe sleeping with my windows open (even in our nice neighhood)! Just a thought for you ladies if this could be an option (I didnt know it was, but am thankful)!! But now that my allergies have surged this year, I dont get to have the windows open much anymore.

Morning all!

Today is on the busier side of things so this is most likely a P&R.  I'm super excited about the Cinco de Mayo party tomorrow.  I'm mad because I wanted to do individual 7 layer dip with a chip (it's all about the presentation ladies) and then have a larger pan with remaining dip, but turns out someone is making a beef/salsa dip and baking it into tostitos scoop chips.  That will be all too similar so I'll just bring a large pan of the stuff.  

Also, good luck to Blue, Sept, and Raynes (damnit have that baby!).  And Jenna, wishing you the most wonderful day tomorrow lady!!  You better AW hardcore as soon as you can

Happy baby vibes to Blue, Raynes and Sept! I'll say some prayers!!

This morning was a good morning! I started mixing up my workouts this week (every other day elliptical and treadmill instead of just elliptical).  When I did the treadmill on Tuesday it almost killed me, but today was better! I would LOVE it if I can get myself to the point where I can just go out for a run!

Then I heard on the news that they finally found and arrested the asshole who had shot a dog 3 times and left him on the side of the road to die.  Doggie was rescued and doing fine and now the guy is in jail. 

Aaaaand tomorrow is my bachelorette party.  I'm so excited to have a big fun night with my girls!!

I had a terrible dream last night that our dog had puppies, like 20. And half of them died, and then H didn't want to have anything to do with them. The whole dream was ridiculous because a. our dog is fixed, and b. H loves that dog and would do anything for her. Stupid dreams.

Morning! TGIF. We have a wedding in Fargo this weekend, and of course I leave everything to the last minute. Examples: Hair cut this morning, haven't packed, and I still need to buy a clutch and hairspray. And I work today. Whoops. However, my Rent the Runway dress came in the mail yesterday, and I really like it.

Mara, that's a good idea about doing a more angled bob.  I definitely wouldn't do bangs that thick.  Mine used to be like that and it look forever to thin them out.

I don't know if this is lazy or inspired but I just made an appointment to get my hair styled the day of my friends wedding so that I don't have to do it myself. I HATE blowing out my hair and I still have a gift cert for my salon so why not.
