In light of Suedoe's post I have to say I think it's lame when people go out of their way to make their wedding dates 10/10/10 or 07/07/07 and then think they're special or unique for doing that. 

I don't know that Suedoe did that, but I saw that she's having hers on 10/10/10 so it just reminded me.

Whit- it doesnt. thats the whole point of what i was saying.  it doesnt matter that you like someone someone else doesnt.

it doesnt apply to just liking a poster.  It could be someone saying, "I dont like Star Wars"  in a name things you dont like thread and 10 people post a reply that says "Ilike star Wars!" 

Does that make more sense?

Agreed.  People ask me way too often if we picked 10/9/10 because it's "cute" or "easy to remember."  No.  No, we didn't.  But thanks for making me feel like an ass about my wedding date.

I've never had a problem with v6/ lauravalen before but something about the way she posted with her newest sn by saying she was v6 really irritated me.

It does punky. I just think it's fine for someone to say, I agree with you/I don't agree with you. Because now I feel like I shouldn't say I agree with TR about the wedding date thing, because no it doesn't matter, but I do agree with her.

TR, I have a friend getting married and they are waiting on getting married for almost 2 years just to have a 9/10/11 wedding date. I gave her the major side eye. She said they have the money saved up and she's going to get all her planning done, but she thinks that "9/10/11 is totally cute and really wants to get married on that day!"

really? you have a date? you don't even have a venue, how do you have a date? a month, i could see, but are you telling me that there is only ONE date out of the year that is acceptable for your wedding? seriously, nobody cares about the day but you. just pick a different date that your venue DOES have open.

I used to be indifferent to Amoro--not caring one way or another. But, when she jumped my ass for my posts about Rich, it rubbed me the wrong way---mainly because she wouldn't drop it. Apparently just having had surgery and being on pain meds was a "lame" cop-out for my over defensiveness, but I tend to think I'm not awfully defensive.

Then, a few days after when she posted an "ask me anything" thread---someone asked her why she was so bitchy, and I believe she blamed her "moods" on lack of coffee/food. Pot, meet kettle.
