I judge our condo corporation who doesn't seem to think that the exterior outlet that leaked in yesterday's rain storm, BLEW UP, and melted a fuse in my fuse panel is a serious enough issue to have an electrician come out today. Not to mention that when the outlet leaked, water worked its way into the wall and leaked into my basement.

I live in a nice community and pay a lot in maintenance fees for my townhouse. This shiit shouldn't be happening.

I judge our old grooming manager. She was getting assistance from WIC, then her income disqualified her from receiving assistance, so she went back and started fighted it because she was the sole income provider of her house.
She made close to $75k / year...um...yeah...you don't get assistance when you make that much money. Especially not when you always have the newest phone, newest car, and take your kids to disneyworld every year.

Oh they know how to do it, they just think they're too good too.  At least that's how it is in my department.
