Moving is expensive. I'm not a fan. On the bright side, the lady in the leasing office was wrong and the pet deposit is $150 less than she originally told me! Suhweet!

Hi!

It is positively pouring right now.  I think a few litters of cats and dogs fell out of the clouds.

Also, my throat is killing me, but I survived the lecture and got them to laugh a bit.  How much I actually taught them is still questionable.

I am flipping around tv and was watching SYTD Bridesmaids and I am so angry....the girls all said their budget is under $200 and the bride is ignoring them and the consultant and bitching about the bridesmaids and saying they need to just pay for whatever the bride wants.

Now we know why these posters are all crazy.

No plans for the weekend.  I may finally watch Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close while H is on his long bike training so I can blubber in private.

Evening! We are spending the day at FILs tomorrow. Taking little man swimming for the first time. Aryn agreed moving does suck majorly. But awesome on the pet deposit.

Hi all, I only have a little over an hour to go and then I get run to the store before heading home.

I think the same thing every time I watch SYTD Bridesmaids.  My FI heard a little bit of Four Weddings a few days ago and he got really upset because he didn't like the way the girls were acting and bashing each other and thought that was what people did at weddings until I explain the show to him.

Girlie, I'm not sure TBH. I got her from the pound. I kinda think she's a Bernese/Border Collie mix but I could be way off.

Evening all, I'm having a rough day and I'm supposed to go to dinner for my "nephew's" high school graduation at eight. I'm not feeling up to it, but I can't really skip it. I changed the boy's diapers for goodness sake, and he just graduated with a 4.0 andplusalso it's his eighteenth birthday. I'm such a friggin mess. I just want to crawl into bed. That said, I'm probably gonna drag myself out anyway.

I watched a lot of the wedding shows before the wedding - it was like watching the crazies from here live and in color.

Aryn - Moving sucks, but that is good news about the pet deposit?  Is it just a pet deposit, or do you have pet rent to deal with as well?  I wish my place had a pet deposit instead of the pet rent.

Mica, I'm glad your talk went well!

Today was a fucking clusterfuck of fuckery, and I'm so glad it's over.  But then I got home, and went to start dinner, to find out that H drank the apple juice I needed for it, the sweet potato was sprouted.  I briefly entertained the idea of going to the store, but then I decided to make a bad choice and just order pizza.  I'm going to seriously regret it, but it shouldn't be as bad as the last time, because i've been sort of sucking at being GF lately.

And?  it's fucking hotter than balls.

But on the plus side, we're having our housewarming party this weekend.  So for now, I'm relaxing with my drink of choice (diet dr pepper, of course) and some GF dark chocolate brownie bites for a bit before I have to be productive and clean something.  At least I don't have to cook AND clean.

Holy long rant.  Sorry.

Hi.  I'm fucking fuming.  I'm house sitting at my mom's house so that my dad could go deal with his girlfriend, and I just went out to the barn and there were no fucking shavings in the stalls again.  Plus the horses were turned out in the paddock that has the broken shed in it, which is full of sharp edges.  I could KILL him right now.

Evening! I think it was Special that posted some 'freezer cooking' recipes. I've been chopping vegetables all afternoon and I am excited to have a million meals ready to cook!

My mom was supposed to come over and help me choose some paint colors for the new house but I think she forgot again. Boo.

J, have you ever tried GF pizza?  There's several places here to do it, some will even sell the dough to take home and make your own pizza with (though it'sabitch to stretch).

I've tried it from two places, and it's been disgusting at both.  I have some dough that I planned to use in the near future, but tonight is no longer going to be a cooking night, because fuckkkk that noise.

I am so glad this week is over! I need to clean the house this weekend, it hasn't been cleaned since I moved in and i'm sure I don't wanna know how long it was cleaned before I moved in! I really don't want to clean the whole myself though and put stuff away, I am feeling overwhelmed.

My evening is sucking...I had to have my final Hep B vaccination and my Meningitis vaccination today, and the body aches have set in. That and my right ear is getting stuffy and my glands are hurting...which means they will swell. 

I hate swollen glands...

Evening. I'm about to leave for the shore for this bachelorette party. I feel some anxiety coming on.. Not sure if it's because I've never had to drive down there alone, or that I don't really like to sleep other places, or just that I'm going to miss FI since we rarely spend weekends apart. As soon as I get down there, I'm having a glass of wine. Aryn, that's great that the lady was off on the pet costs. I love unexpectantly saving money.
