Hi! I'm at work for another half hour and bored out of my mind. It has been a slow day, and seems like everyone who has stopped in today speaks little to no English, which makes it difficult for me to help them.

Snippy - are you still longing for summer? If so I'd do the orange unless the blue is a bright turquoise type of blue. Or you could do the orange and the blue. That would be cool and funky.

I am so tired. Stayed up with Nerdy Girl and her friend who spent the night for quite a while, just yapping. Then H and I stayed up for about an hour talking. It was about 2 AM by the time we finally decided it was time for sleep! My schedule (or lack thereof) has been so off-kilter lately. 

ETA I desperately need a pedi. Or at least change my own polish. Only my big toe (which has a lovely flower on it!) and the one next to it on each foot even has any polish on it. Looks like hell.

Hey! We got Nerdy Girl's photos back from in the woods. Can I be one of 'those moms' and AW one? They were actually taken smack dab in the middle of town, but look like they are out in the woods.

Good after noone everyone.  I am just waiting for friends to show up for my FI's bday (Happy Birthday to Edie and Anna!) and to start eating all the deliciousness we have planned (souvlaki, shrimp bruschetta and meatballs with fontina cheese in the middle) along with a liberal side of wine .  Looking at the list of food it seems like an odd combo...
I hope everyone else is having a great day so far!

Snippy - I would definitely do the orange and teal - I think they'd look great together. But if I had to pick one I'd pick the teal. BUT I've been in a very blue mood when it comes to my nails lately.

I'm really weird about what color I paint my toenails. My fingers can be any color, but the toes must be some shade of pink, or at the very least have a pink tint.

I'm taking off.  I have to get the guest room ready for tommorrow and finish up some laundry and the dishes.  My brother just showed up and we are going to get something to eat.

I'm driving to Dallas to pick up my best friend sometime tomorrow.  Squee!  She's finally gonna be here!  

This time next week, I'll be getting ready to walk down the aisle.  Eek! Craziness that it's so close!

You don't need a reason to get a pedi. EVER!

Raes - Do you have any particular reason why? Or do you just think toes need to be pink? When I'm painting my own finger nails I just paint them like normal. But I have a biting problem, so any time I go to the salon I get acrylics. When I do that they have to be french tip - although I rarely get white tips. They're usually some fun color. I do that because I want the manicure to last a little longer, and you can get away with not going to get it filled for just that much longer if the color doesn't cover the whole nail.

I really don't know, but I think it has to do with the one time I painted my toes a dark purple. Everytime I got a glance of my feet, I was like OMG WHAT HAPPENED TO MY TOES ARE THEY BROKE?!?! Ha, totally idiotic, but now it's always pink.

Lol, that's too funny Raes. When I got my toes done for my Uncle's Mardi Gras ball I got a light silver with this chunky silver and blue glitter on top. My toes looked like little disco balls. I loved it, but so did my animals. My feet kept getting attacked.
