Good Morning!  I drove my charger to work today - so all is right with the world and I'm not even annoyed to be at work.    2.5 days to get through, then an awesome work luncheon at the Fish Market.  Woot.

Going shopping tonight with Joce so she can pick out a gift for Mr Stack and her 2 baby cousins.  Then I am DONE!!!

There are actual necklaces and watches and crap on it. How freaking ridiculous. For some reason, I think the spirit of Christmas got lost somewhere in that show...

Good Morning! Office Christmas Party today. I have to work through Thursday, but the boss won't be here Weds and Thurs so I'm ok with that. More time to knot. I hope all of our packages make it to their intended destinations. We sent them on Saturday and should be there by Christmas, but who knows.

Stacks I saw that pic of Jocelyn in another thread but didn't get a chance to say how cute she looks.

LTB - Lucas was complaining that I was giving away all of our cookies as well. We have about 3 dozen ginger bread cookies and 2 dozen sugar cookies left. I think he'll be ok.

I am so tired. I stayed up way too late because I wanted to finish the book I was reading (the girl who kicked the hornet's nest). I had to finish it. I had become obsessed with lisabeth. 

Anywhoo the dog started crying at 5:30 am because he is a big baby, and he is already passed out on the couch that lucky dog.

Mornin'.  I'm staying home today because I've got a cold coming on .  I'm awake for now because FI and I got up for work, but I'm laying in bed, eating oatmeal, watching TV, and knotting until I get sleepy again.  Hopefully I can kick this thing before it turns into a full blown cold.

I'm with the people getting nothing done.  I'm ready for the weekend to start already.  I, for once, got all my shopping done this past weekend so that I don't have to shop a few days before.

Morning! Stacks, I'm so glad you really finally got your car back!

I am dealing with some loooovely sciatic pain today which is the worst it's been in years. Just want it to go away. Sitting down hurts, so I'm working standing up, and I'm lazy and tired.

Tonight I'm going to a malbec tasting, which should be fun. I am on Twitter, and I ended up interacting with this guy who's in the wine business, and now he invites me to their events. It works out pretty well for both of us, since I get free wine and he gets another person blogigng about his events and company.

What would one DO with a gold bar? I mean..if you can afford to get one out of the vending machine, you could probably get one in a better place than a vending machine.

I have today and tomorrow for work and then I'm done!! But Thursday I have to spend the day baking and cleaning. Friday I will be cooking all day for the inlaws. We still haven't gotten them anything and we have no idea what to get them. I'm sure we'll get something when we're out shopping for groceries on Wed.

Emily, I feel for you!  I had sciatic nerve pain when I was pregnant and it is so awful.  I once got stuck on the floor trying to strectch like my therapist had told me.  I was home alone and couldn't get up.......I can laugh about how funny I probably looked now, but man was that awful.  I hope it doesn't last for a long time.

Stacks, I'm with you. I've gotten stuck on the floor before too. With my roommate staring at me like I was crazy because really, an otherwise healthy 21 year old squirming around on her living room floor unable to stand does look a bit ridiculous.
