Remember when there were fuzzy stickers and oily stickers?  I knew a kid in 6th grade who sucked the oil out of those things.  He also put a gerbil in his mouth once.  He's probably a serial killer now.

when your parents DID buy candy cigarettes for you because they figured candy was better than the real thing.

Oh, and going to the liquor store to pick up a pack of cigarettes for your mom.  She just called ahead and let them know you were coming.

Haha I was in 9th grade but there were TVs in all the classrooms - school basically stopped for however long it took for that verdict to be read.

I had Diana's funeral on VHS for a while.  It actually taped over the Saved by the Bell wedding movie.


For OJ's trial, I was in junior high orchestra/chorus.  We all watched in lieu of singing.
