Good Evening!

Hiya!

My day was sort of productive I guess. I washed my car and went to the gym. Other than that, I didn't do much else. It was pretty boring.

H had a late lunch, so I had leftovers for dinner. I am hoping he is going to make fruit smoothies in a few, perhaps with some alcohol in them. I just wish this damn head cold would go away. H has the cough, too, but I have more of the head congestion.

Hi.  I'm just eating some dinner and watching an SVU marathon.  H has overnight duty tonight so it's just me and Stewie.  I can't say that I'll miss his complaining during Glee.

Chipotle is delish.  And their chips.......  the right thickness and perfect amount of salt.  Qdoba can't hold a candle to Chipotle.

Holy crap, Veggie.  That is messed up.  I thought I was going to get married to the guy I was dating when I was 16 too.  I shudder to think of how that would have turned out.  Considering that he's married and has two kids, and still lives with his parents.  Talk about dodging a bullet.

Veggie - I don't know.  That girl *actually* seems 16 to me. 

And Chipotle is an amazing burrito.  There is one 1/2 a mile from my office it's dangerous.  And expensive, but that's because I always want guacamole, and they charge a ton for that.

Scores are based on writing pieces. Close your eyes at spelling and grammatical errors.

How can a student be expected to write a good paper without a grasp of spelling and grammar?  I hated taking grammar myself in school, but I'd have been lost without it.

Bahahahaha.  I am always terrified to walk by our windows at night because people can see in.  And I always have my clothes on.  I just hate people being able to see into our apartment and know what we're doing.

It's disgusting how horrible kids are at spelling and grammar now.  They have had spell check their entire lives, and they write in text speak.  I used to give my students a zero on any papers that had text speak in it, and they would get so mad at me.  Their excuse is that I know what the words mean and they shouldn't have to write out the whole thing.
