Eh, I guess I am just weird.  If I showed people a picture of my shoes or flowers or dress or something and they thought they were ugly.  I wouldn't care.  I would rather have honest opinions, and even then I think they are pretty.  Personal stuff like directly about my appearance would put me over the edge and really hurt. Like someone could say they don't like my hair style and it is fine.  But if they say my hair makes me look like a boy and that I'm fvcking ugly and fat.  That is a different story, and yes that has actually happened.

The great thing about knitting and crocheting is you can pull the yarn out and start over if you goof up, so that helps.  I crochet, I do not knit, so I imagine it is a bit different since you use needles instead of a hook.  It is also relaxing.

I love to make things for Christmas gifts every year - I have a nativity scene pattern that I want to try to make this year.
