I need to clean too. I think my Dad is coming over for breakfast tomorrow and the house is such a mess. I think I am making bacon sandwiches and I am so excited. I love bacon.

Bacon is amazing. It's different over in England though. FI hates the bacon here, he's used to the meaty stuff there. I like it both ways.

Fezz - I think there's a pressure point in your ankle that's supposed to induce labor.  You're supposed to be careful of it when getting a pedicure.  Maybe you should move your appointment up sooner?  LOL.

Fezz - I know! It's really yummy though. I miss it while I'm here - but once I've been there for a while I miss "normal" bacon.

Brit bacon looks yucky.

Fezz, it's just bacon on a roll. Sometimes my dad puts mayo or lettuce and tomato, like a BLT, but the most important part is the bacon. I know it sounds weird, I think it's a British thing, I remember having this conversations with Emily before and she has them too.

Well, sometimes we put butter on it too Fezzy. I left out that part since I figured people would be grossed out. It's really good I promise! I actually have to go to the store to get the supplies, but I'll probably just go in the morning. I thought about sending H, but he has already gone to the store for me twice today, and the gas station last night. Geez he sure is a Saint.

I've been slacking so much with eating and excercising. But I'm starting a boot camp next Monday after school is out.  If I live through it I'm hoping that it helps me get my butt back in gear.

I always hear about boot camp but I don't think there is one in my town. I have a 5k at the end of June and one at the end of July, so we really need to get back to running a few times a week. I swear my endurance never changes though, I don't think I will ever be able to run a whole 5k.

I don't think I will ever be able to either Shannyn. My dad is a huge runner. We were supposed to do a 5K last weekend together but I backed out... There's no way I'd be able to keep up.

Ugh I keep seeing a commercial for "The next big thing" on Oxygen and apparently it's about some dickwad talent manager and he is telling some girl that looks about 16 that she needs a nose job and she needs to get over it since it's just like getting braces.

I know I keep recruiting my friends to do the one in July with us (it's a mud run/obstacle course thing) but I keep making it known that I will probably be walking most of it so there is no pressure to keep up or stay back with me. H told me he was going to go ahead of me the last mud run and I got all sad but it was so intense I actually ended up passing him, but he caught up and we finished together.

The mud runs look fun. I think I'm doing the color run here when it comes in August with some co-workers. I'm glad that none of them are runners though. That's a lot less pressure.

It was way harder than I expected! For some reason I figured it would be run 1/2 mile, then some sort of obstacle, run 1/2 mile and so on. But the obstacles were kind of all clustered in the beginning and the end so we both got worn out so quickly. I think H swallowed some mud at one point so he stopped so that was when I was able to pass him. But I think my one in July will be better mapped out and different obstacles, this one basically had a ton of mud pits that you sink in at least up to your knees in thick mud. It was so hard to get through them!

We wanted to do the color run but it sold out. They added another time a week or two before but we didn't have it in the budget at the time. That one looks so fun!

Registration hasn't opened for the color run here yet. We all keep checking because we know it's going to fill up fast.


I think I'm out for awhile. H and I are running to Redbox to see if we can find a movie.

Evening ladies! We just got home from having dinner with my mother and sister. It wasn't too bad but they did do things that pissed me off, like giving E a knife and fork to chew on.
